Privacy and Personal Data Policy

1. Operator

Ivan Sergeevich Berendeev, self-employed taxpayer, Tax ID 501006611266; support@itseo.pro. Processing is carried out under Federal Law No. 152-FZ and applicable Russian law.

2. Data and purposes

ITSEO processes account and security details; plan, amount and payment identifiers; submitted URLs, domains, keywords, regions, text, jobs, reports and results; support messages; IP address, User-Agent, cookies, page address, timestamps, errors and security events. Purposes include account operation, contract performance, tools, payments and receipts, support, security, diagnostics and analytics.

3. Legal grounds and collection

Grounds include contract conclusion and performance, legal duties, consent where required, and legitimate rights and interests without overriding user rights. Data is provided by the user or collected automatically from the browser and server. Marketing requires separate consent.

4. Providers

Necessary data may be processed by YooKassa; Yandex SmartCaptcha and Yandex Metrica/Webvisor; Google Analytics and PageSpeed/CrUX; XMLRiver and XMLStock; OpenRouter and selected AI models; hosting and email providers. ITSEO does not receive full card details or sell personal data. Disclosure is also possible where required by law or needed to protect rights and security.

5. Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies support login, security, language and settings. Analytics cookies, Yandex Metrica/Webvisor and Google Analytics load when a page is opened to measure visits, diagnose errors and improve ITSEO. The notice cookie records acknowledgement for up to one year. Users may block or delete cookies in their browser; this does not disable anonymized technical events already transmitted and may affect functionality.

6. Retention

Account and tool data remain while the service is used and are deleted on request unless law, accounting, security or a dispute requires retention. Technical logs are normally retained up to 12 months; payment and tax records for statutory periods.

7. User rights

Users may request information, correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent and challenge processing by emailing support@itseo.pro from the account email. Identity verification may be required. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or processing based on another legal ground.

8. Security and transfers

ITSEO applies organizational and technical safeguards, access controls and protected connections. Russian citizens’ data is initially collected using databases in Russia. External providers may involve cross-border processing subject to applicable requirements. Users must not submit third-party personal or confidential data without authority.

The service is intended for adults; paid use by a minor requires participation of a legal representative. The current Policy remains available on this page, and updates are published here.
