This document is a user agreement and a public offer for the information services provided by ITSEO.
ITSEO is operated and the services are provided by Ivan Sergeevich Berendeev, a self-employed taxpayer in the Russian Federation, Tax ID 501006611266. Requests and claims may be sent to support@itseo.pro. Registration, use of the service or payment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. Payment is full acceptance of the offer in effect at the time of payment.
ITSEO provides automated SEO analysis, website and ranking checks, URL, text and keyword processing, reports and meta tags, AI functions and API access. Features, quotas, access duration and price are shown before payment. The Operator may develop the service, replace data sources with equivalent ones and change free features.
Users must provide accurate details, keep passwords and API keys confidential and immediately report unauthorized access. Selling, renting or transferring an account, sharing a plan outside one authorized team, and creating multiple accounts to repeat free quotas or discounts or evade a suspension are prohibited.
Quotas include the number of requests, jobs, rows, projects, reports, API calls, concurrent operations and other technical restrictions. Users must not bypass or conceal them through multiple accounts, proxies, identifier changes, tampered requests, direct access to internal endpoints, distributed load or other means. Unused quotas do not roll over unless the plan page expressly states otherwise.
Users must not create excessive or unapproved automated load; perform DoS/DDoS; crawl or scan pages or APIs outside published limits; guess passwords, tokens or identifiers; test vulnerabilities without written permission; access another user’s data; bypass authentication, rate limits, CAPTCHA or technical safeguards; interfere with code, networks, job queues or payment notices; introduce malware; forge results or request headers; use bots, parsers or headless browsers instead of the permitted API; copy a substantial part of the database; or resell access or results as a standalone service without approval.
ITSEO must not be used for spam, phishing, fraud, infringement of third-party rights or processing another person’s personal or confidential data without a lawful basis. Users are responsible for every submitted URL, keyword, text and instruction.
During suspicious activity, the Operator may apply CAPTCHA, throttle requests, stop jobs, invalidate abusive results and temporarily restrict access without prior notice. Material or repeated violations may result in account termination. The Operator may retain technical logs and incident evidence, refuse to restore unlawfully obtained quotas and claim documented direct losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Monthly or yearly access is purchased with a single payment. There is no automatic renewal, storage of card details by ITSEO or automatic repeat charge. The price is shown in Russian rubles before payment. Access starts after payment confirmation and lasts for the selected period or until applicable quotas are exhausted. The payment provider processes full card details, which are not received by ITSEO. A receipt is sent to the contact details provided at payment as required by law.
Requests must be sent from the account email to support@itseo.pro with payment details. Consumers may cancel under Russian law. A refund may be reduced by the value of the period actually supplied, used quotas and documented expenses. Mere non-use of an operationally available service is not a defect. This does not limit mandatory rights where the service is defective.
Automated and AI results are informational, may be incomplete and depend on search engines and providers. The Operator does not guarantee rankings, indexation, traffic, income or fitness for a particular purpose. Users must review results before publication or decision-making. A change or outage of an external source is not a breach by the Operator.
ITSEO code, design, databases, documentation and designations are protected by law. Users retain rights to their materials and grant the Operator only the limited right needed to process the task, store its result, provide support and protect the service. Users warrant that they have the rights required for submitted materials.
The service is provided subject to technical interruptions. The Operator may update features and perform scheduled or emergency maintenance. During a prolonged paid-feature outage, the Operator may extend access, restore the affected quota or provide a proportionate refund, unless the law requires otherwise.
The parties are liable under Russian law. The Operator is not responsible for user decisions, the content of checked resources, third-party restrictions, indirect consequences or the use of unreviewed recommendations. These limitations do not apply to rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. An updated Agreement takes effect upon publication and does not retroactively worsen an already paid period. Claims should first be sent to support@itseo.pro; disputes are then resolved under Russian law without removing the consumer’s statutory choice of venue.
